I joined DDS back in the Spring of ’07 and there hasn’t been a dull moment since. I still feel extremely grateful for this opportunity, and one thing I can say is that every time I play with the band it feels fresh and new with the energy a DDS show provides.
Now a little about me, I’ve been gigging up and down the east coast since the age of 18 and I am still as passionate as I when I started. I graduated from University of the Arts with a Bachelors of Music, a Masters in Music Education, and attended University of Michigan for postgrad studies in conducting. I have applied this education to being an instrumental music teacher for over 10 years and still love it. During my tenure as a teacher, I decided to go back to grad school at Immaculata University to complete the requirements to become a Board Certified Music Therapist, which consequently I opened my own private practice specializing in geriatric, hospice, and dementia care. When I am not teaching, gigging, or working at my private practice I love spending time traveling with my wife, watching TV series in marathon sessions, and hanging with the greatest group of friends and family anyone could ever ask for.
